SVG is recommended for physical printing. PNG is ready for digital usage.
Generated entirely in your browser. Static QR codes encode destinations directly into the matrix and never route through an intermediary redirect service or expire.
How to Use
- Enter the recipient email address (e.g., support@yourcompany.com).
- Optionally fill in a pre-written subject line to route incoming inquiries.
- Optionally include a template message body for the sender.
- Check the live preview and download your code as vector SVG or PNG.
About This Format
An Email QR Code formats recipient and message details into a standard RFC 6068 mailto: URI scheme. When scanned by iOS Camera, Android Google Lens, or any standard QR reader, the device prompts the user to draft an email in their default client (such as Apple Mail, Gmail, or Outlook) with all recipient and subject details pre-populated.
Validation & Technical Constraints
- Follows RFC 6068 URI percent-encoding rules for spaces and special symbols.
- Preserves multiline body messages cleanly using standard CRLF formatting.
- Never submits recipient or message content over the internet.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Only the recipient email address is required. If subject and body are left blank, a clean 'mailto:address' link is generated.
